Shipping Charges for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Spain):
We offer free shipping for orders worth €100 or more.
For orders less than €100, a shipping fee of €15 will apply.
Shipping Charges for the Rest of the World:
We provide free shipping for orders worth €150 or more.
For orders that do not reach €150, a shipping fee of €15 will apply.
Delivery time:
The standard delivery time for the national territory is 4 to 6 days. However, depending on the jewel selected and its production process, this period may extend up to 15 days or more.
For international deliveries, delivery time may vary due to the possibility of customs inspections depending on the destination country. Please note that this process may add a few additional days to the estimated delivery time.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to track the delivery progression every step of the process.
