Shipping Costs
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €6.90 (VAT included) for orders under €79. Free shipping for orders of €79 or more.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: flat rate of €14.90 per shipment, regardless of the order amount. Import taxes (IGIC in Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) and any customs handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- European Union: €9.90 for orders under €79. Free shipping for orders of €79 or more.
- Rest of the world (including the United Kingdom): €9.90 for orders under €79. Free shipping for orders of €79 or more. Optionally available insured shipping for €29.90. Import duties and taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time for the national territory is 4 to 6 days. However, depending on the selected jewelry and its production process, this period may extend to 15 days or more.
For international deliveries, the delivery time may vary due to potential customs inspections depending on the destination country. Please note that this process may add a few additional days to the estimated delivery time.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to track the delivery progress at every step of the process.
